SB1001 HFA Rowe 1-11 #1

               Delegate Rowe moves to amend SB1001 on page 9, Section 5, line 31,  by striking out the words  “upon certification” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“for expenditures made for the manufacturing project after certification and until the end of the tenth tax year next following the first date of a certification.”
